Hotel Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM
Your Responsabilities:

Warmly welcome and check in/ check out guets

Manage reservations and handle phone and emails inquiries

Provide information about rooms, breakfast and local attractions
-
Handle payments and maintain accurate records
-
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Support the team with daily front desk operations
What we are looking for:

Friendly, positive and professional attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Basic computer knowledge (booking systems experience is a plus)

Ability to multitask and stay organised

Previous hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

Availability for weekends and holidays

English is a must

Breakfast Staff

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Your Responsabilities:

Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet

Welcome guests warmly in the dining area

Refill food and beverage stations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Clear tables and reset for service

Assist in basic food preparation if required

Has a good communication skills

Pay attention to cleanliness and detail
