Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM

​

Your Responsabilities:

• Warmly welcome and check in/ check out guets

• Manage reservations and handle phone and emails inquiries

• Provide information about rooms, breakfast and local attractions

• Handle payments and maintain accurate records

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

• Support the team with daily front desk operations

​

What we are looking for:

• Friendly, positive and professional attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (booking systems experience is a plus)

• Ability to multitask and stay organised

• Previous hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

• Availability for weekends and holidays

• English is a must
