How do I check-in?
On your check-in day, before 3:00 PM, we will send you an SMS with:
· your room number
· the security code for your locker box
Your locker box is located next to your room door and contains your room keys.
Once you receive the message, you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier than 3:00 PM, you are welcome to come by the reception to see if your room is ready.

When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

I haven't received my check-in SMS. What should I do?
If you haven't received your check-in information by 3:00 PM on your arrival day, please contact us at +46 73 520 22 72 and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I arrive late at night?
Yes, you can arrive anytime after 3:00 PM, even late in the evening or during the night.
