How does self-check-in work?

 

We offer a self-check-in system for your convenience.

On your check-in day, before 3:00 PM, we will send you an SMS with:

  • your room number

  • the security code for your locker box

Your locker box is located next to your room door and contains your room keys.

Once you receive the message, you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM without visiting the reception.

I haven't received my check-in SMS. What should I do?

If you haven't received your check-in information by 3:00 PM on your arrival day, please contact us at +46 73 520 22 72 and we'll be happy to assist you.

When can I check in and check out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes.

Thanks to our self-check-in system, you can arrive anytime after 3:00 PM, even late in the evening or during the night.

How does check-out work?

Simply leave your room keys either inside your room or in the locker box.

There is no need to visit the reception before leaving.

What are the reception's opening hours?

Reception is open:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

  • 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Is parking available?

Yes. We offer free parking, subject to availability.

How can I get to Lund city center?

The easiest way to reach the city center is by Tram Line 1.

The nearest tram stop, MAX IV, is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there, the tram takes approximately 10–15 minutes to reach the center of Lund.

If you need directions or assistance, our reception team will be happy to help.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is included in your reservation.

Breakfast is served:

  • 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

  • 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Is my room cleaned during my stay?

Yes. We provide daily housekeeping to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If you prefer not to have your room cleaned on a particular day, please place the “Do not disturb” sign on your door.

Is there a laundry room?

Yes. Guests are welcome to use our laundry room free of charge.

Please visit or call the reception, and we'll provide you with access as well as instructions on how to use the facilities.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.

You can store it either at the reception or in our breakfast building. Luggage can be collected during reception opening hours.

Can I extend my stay?

If you would like to extend your stay, please contact reception as early as possible.

Extensions are subject to availability.

Can I request an extra pillow or blanket?

Yes.

Please contact reception during opening hours and we'll be happy to assist, subject to availability.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

Yes. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel or in the guest rooms.

What should I do if I cannot enter my room?

If you locked yourself out accidentally, lost your keys or they do not work for some reason, please contact us immediately at +46 73 520 22 72 and we'll help you access your room as quickly as possible.

Are lunch and dinner available?

Unfortunately, no. We only serve breakfast.

Are there any grocery stores nearby?

Yes. There are several grocery stores within a short distance of the hotel, including:

  • Hemköp Brunnshög

  • ICA Kvantum Brunnshög

  • Willys Lund Norra Fäladen

All of them can be reached in just a few minutes by car or by Tram Line 1.
